Tile back coating glue is a mixture of single-component polymer and special additives. It is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, odorless, and non-polluting. It has excellent adhesion. It greatly increases the bonding strength of the plaster mortar and reduces the cracking of the mortar. Shedding, improving the effect of waterproof and water seepage, is the nemesis of the shedding of marble, thin plate and vitrified tiles. It more effectively improves the bonding strength between the facing material and the base material and completely solves the various hazards caused by the hollow drum falling off. This product has permeability, adhesion, water resistance, air permeability and weather resistance. It can form a network system between the base layers and solve the quality problems such as hollowing and falling off between the tile adhesive layers.

Scope of application:

It is suitable for all kinds of ceramic tiles, glass mosaics, thin plates, vitrified tiles, marbles, scouring stones, concrete, cement mortar and insulation boards.

Product Features:

2. Good acid and alkali resistance and weather resistance, good applicability and affinity with acid and alkaline materials, can be constructed and hardened in a humid environment, and the construction is simple and fast.

Construction requirements:

The base surface should be cleaned, and the wall surface should be solid, smooth, free of dust and oil. Wipe clean the back of the tiles to remove oil, protective agents, mold release agents and other substances that affect bonding.

Use a brush and roller to apply a thin layer of adhesive on the back of the tile to make it evenly distributed, with a thickness of about 0.5mm. The adhesive is not easy to be too thick, otherwise it will easily cause the tiles to fall off.

After painting, wait for 30min-60min to dry (extend the drying time under the condition of low temperature, high temperature or no ventilation), apply the already prepared cement mortar or tile glue to the back of the tile evenly, then pave the tile on the wall or floor on.

Precautions:

1. Please store in a cool place.

2. The operating environment temperature should be above 5℃ to avoid rainy operation.

3. After using the tool, it should be washed with clean water as soon as possible.

4. Avoid glue sag on the front of the sticky object.

5. If the glue gets into the eyes, it should be rinsed with water in time, and those who feel unwell should seek medical attention immediately.

6. This product does not need to add water, it can be used after opening the barrel.
