PU-42 PU brightening paste

PU-42 PU brightening paste is used for brightening printing of glue, can be used for brightening printing of glue covering surface, or adding glue to improve glue brightness. Its characteristics are easy to use, extremely high brightness, soft hand feeling, good printing operability, and excellent fastness. The product meets environmental protection standards, has excellent freezing resistance, does not contain formaldehyde, does not contain APEO , and can be used for children's clothing printing.

1.   Generally speaking, in order to meet the washing fastness, 1% of catalyst is enough ; if special washing or salt washing is required, the amount of catalyst should be increased as appropriate, and the printing paste with catalyst must be used up within 8 hours otherwise, therefore the consequences of ,  the company shall not be responsible.

2.   After printing, the printed surface must be fully heat-treated (baked) to fully display its excellent printing effect. If dried naturally, the fastness can be tested only after 48 hours to 72 hours.

3.   The storage period of this product is 12 months. Please keep it in a low temperature and dry place. The lid must be tightly closed after use to avoid skin formation on the surface, which may affect reuse. The cap of the supporting catalyst must be covered after use, and it must not be left in the air!

4. Due to the variability of chemical products, whether the company provides small samples or bulk goods, the factory needs to make careful samples according to the specified process conditions, and can be put into mass production only after the various fastness tests are qualified. The company will not bear any loss caused by untested.
